Return & Refund Policy

At GYG, every gift is carefully selected and prepared with love to make someone's special day memorable. Because of the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Personal preference

  • Gifts that are no longer required after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery,

  • Defective, or

  • Different from what you ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and, if the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
